Client Responsibilities

- Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of your app idea.
- Designs, code, and materials created by AppOnly remain with the client upon full payment.
Limitation of Liability
- AppOnly will make every effort to deliver quality services. However, we are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by client, third-party service downtime, or issues outside our control.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
