Refund Policy
Simple & Fair Refunds
At AppOnly, we strive for client satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:
Before Project Start
- Full refund if the project has not started and no work has been delivered.
During Development
- Partial refund may be provided depending on the work completed and payments made.
- Work already completed (designs, code, backend setup) is not refundable.
After Delivery
- Once the app is delivered and accepted, no refund is provided.
- Post-launch support or marketing guidance is advisory and cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact contact@apponly.in with details of your project and reason for refund.
- Refund requests will be evaluated case-by-case within 7 business days.
